Is the tyrannosaurid also featured on a cover of the russian National Geographic (restored by Andrei Atuchin/Olorotitan if i'm not mistaken)?

yes, it's the same tyrannosaurid. It was discovered in Far East of Russia. And yes, it's also featured on a cover of NG.
